Here are some of the articles featuring CJ-3B's, which have appeared in automotive magazines over the past five decades. Some of the olders ones are taken only from clippings, so any further information on the source of the articles is welcome.
Willys nog steeds zeer geliefd in Columbia, 4WD & SUV-Auto Magazine, February 2009
Aside from misspelling the name of the country in the headline, this looks like a pretty good article, in a magazine from the Netherlands. It's all about the Yipao festivals of Colombia (see Yipao in Calarcá on The CJ3B Page.) There is a great cover photo (140K JPEG), another full page photo (120K JPEG), and few more pages of smaller photos (230K JPEG) and text in Dutch.
My Turf, My Jeeps, Antique Power, Nov/Dec 2009
Antique Power is "The Tractor Collector's Magazine" and there is some overlap between tractor collectors and WIllys Jeep collectors, but there are many CJ-3B fans who may have missed this issue on the news stand. The article features John Ittel, who is also profiled in Green Prairie Farm Jeep on The CJ3B Page.
Jeep Junkie, Autocar India, September 2008
Uday Bhan Singh and his collection of 45 Jeeps were featured in the September 2008 issue of Autocar India magazine, and he certainly deserved the recognition for his dedication to preserving Mahindra and Willys Jeeps in India, and helping others to do the same.
Uday commented on The CJ3B Bulletin Board: "I had been shy of any media exposure as my journey with Jeeps started about forty years back as a simple 'hobby'. With years passing by, the hobby turned into a 'passion'. This time my grown-up sons insisted I give an interview, and in the middle of monsoons, somehow managed to pull out some of my babies and line them up in my garden house where they live with me and my family.
"The present day status is 'way of life'. My day begins with Jeeps and end with Jeeps only, apart from the five hours I work with my wife Atima in running her own school also located within our compound. I have a small workshop where we work only on our Jeeps with a team of six mechanics. Since there is no time limit, the atmosphere is like a studio where each one is busy creating something or the other, as long as it is Jeep related.

Old Iron, Off-Road Adventures, November 2004
Jim Allen has written a number of columns for Off-Road Adventures magazine under the heading "Old Iron". A July 2003 column celebrated 50 Years and Counting: The Legendary Jeep CJ-3B, including small versions of some of Jim's photos of well-known 3B's.
A November 2004 column featured a 1954 Mitsubishi CJ3B-J3 owned at the time by Herb Huddle (see more about this Jeep on The CJ3B Page in Mitsis Get Around):

The CJ-3B appears in the October 2004 issue of
Automobile magazine, illustrating the choice of the Jeep CJ as #29 on the list of the "100 Coolest Cars" of all time.
High Hood by John Carroll and Mark Askew, 4x4, August 2002.
Editor John Carroll of 4x4 magazine from the UK owns a Mahindra 3B, and came up with some great photos from his archives to illustrate this 7-page 50th Anniversary article. (The photo at left shows a 3B disembarking from a U.S. landing craft.) Much of the text covers the various overseas versions. See the great opening two-page spread (150K JPEG) from the article.
History of the Jeep, Part Six: The CJ-3B by Mark Askew, Jeep World, January 2001.
There was another mulit-page retrospective on the Jeep CJ-3B in a British magazine within the last couple of years. Mark Askew of Jeep World also owned a CJ-3B (seen at left), and devoted one part of his "History of the Jeep" to the model. This also leaned heavily toward the licence-built versions, and appeared in Issue 25 which is now sold out as a back issue. See the opening two-page spread (150K JPEG).
Endurance: The CJ-3B Story by Jim Allen, Jp, April 2000.
Probably the most comprehensive historical article on the Jeep CJ-3B is Jim Allen's Endurance: The CJ-3B Story, published in the April 2000 issue of Jp magazine. The issue also featured John Hubbard's "restified" 1954 3B (90K JPEG), and Jim and Peg Marski's collection of over 30 vintage Jeeps, many of them rare models.
Jeepbladet magazine Issue 48, 2001.
This recent issue of Jeepbladet, the magazine of the Willys Jeep Klubb of Sweden, features another example of those elegant Swedish CJ-3B hardtops. This one is a 1954 halfcab with two-pane windshield, owned by Lars Hansson whose father bought the Jeep in 1965. The cover photo (120K JPEG) and a beautiful photo of the winch in action (70K JPEG) both date from the 1960's and show the extended front fenders.
The fenders have since been trimmed back to the original Willys size, and page 5 of the article (260K JPEG) includes some recent photos.
Jeepbladet magazine Issues 37-45, 1996-2000.
Jeepbladet is the magazine of the Willys Jeep Klubb in Sweden, and it's one of the most interesting publications in the world for a Willys fan, although it's entirely in Swedish. There are about 400 members in the club which was started in 1974, and it holds the archives from Scania-Vabis who imported Jeeps from the 1940's to the 60's. They also publish a great full-color calendar.
There were only 317 CJ-3B's imported into Sweden, but a couple of issues of Jeepbladet have featured restored examples. Thanks to Stig Edqvist for sending the issues and Roger Bensgård for translating the information:

Universal Jeep: Jeep's Post-War Years -- Willys Loses its Way by James Rorrison, Bushdriver, Vol.19 No.4, 1997.
Bushdriver is an Australian 4WD magazine. This short history of Willys-Overland in the 1940's and 50's is mostly interesting for the photos of a right-hand-drive CJ-3B apparently modified by somebody to look like a military Jeep.
